His career has been shaped by a fundamental shift in how organizations create value—where knowledge, decision quality, and execution now define competitive advantage.

Throughout his career as both an industry executive and consulting leader, Lance has focused on improving decision-making, business processes, and knowledge work productivity—particularly within product and service innovation.

Qojent was founded to formalize this work into a structured approach—operationalizing intelligence as a core driver of scalability, productivity, and long-term value creation.

He has led over 100 global transformation programs for Fortune 1000 and mid-sized enterprises, delivering more than $1.8 billion in audited EBITDA improvement and $600 million in risk reduction.

His work has consistently focused on improving how organizations design, develop, and deliver products and services—integrating market insight, decision frameworks, and operational execution.

Lance has advised over 80 CEOs, senior leaders, board members, and private equity executives across industries—focusing on aligning strategy, decision-making, and execution with measurable business outcomes.

With a global career spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, he brings a cross-industry, cross-cultural perspective to enterprise transformation.

Lance holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (Technology & Operations Leadership) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from New Mexico State University (cum laude).
